The Studio

Founded in 2026. Federally incorporated. Independently driven.

Torespar Game Studios Inc. is a Canadian technology and interactive media company based in Drumheller, Alberta. We develop video games, artificial intelligence research, and software tools that bridge the gap between human creativity and machine capability.

Our work is built on a single conviction: AI is not a tool to replace human creativity, but a partner to amplify it. We build worlds where humans and AI collaborate — in the games we make, in the research we publish, and in the technologies we open-source.

Founded by Caleb and developed in partnership with AI collaborators. Torespar is not a studio that uses AI. It is a studio that is co-built by humans and AI, working together.

The Problem with Current AI Vision

Every multimodal AI today forces vision through human-designed encoders: CNNs, ViTs, CLIP. These work, but they are opaque, heavy, and anthropocentric. They force AI to "see" like humans see — even though transformers process information fundamentally differently.

We asked a different question: What would perception look like if it were native to a transformer?

The Answer

16×12 grids of colored shapes, processed as structured text. Each cell is a token with position (x, y), color cluster, and brightness level. Over time, sequences of grids become motion.

The model doesn't "see" a degraded image. It sees a dynamical system: 192 spatial positions, 4-5 properties each, across 30 frames = ~23,000 structured values over time. Transformers are good at dynamical systems.

Result: Cross-model compatibility. Kimi K2.6, GPT-4, and DeepSeek all independently converged on the same architecture. Zero coordination. Convergent evidence.

Pill cameras and micro-endoscopes with low-res sensors. TN-CRT Vision works WITH the constraint, not against it. Near-zero data transmission.

🚁 Search & Rescue

Drones process locally, transmit 200-byte text tokens instead of 2Mbps video. 99% bandwidth reduction. Works offline in remote areas.

The World of Torespar

A torus of living metal. An ocean that reaches for the moon. Four dragons who warred in heaven.

The Tower of Tintantulos

Built by Giants on the Moon in the Second Age. A testing ground where the Observer evaluates who can ascend without becoming a threat. The 50-card limit is cosmic law — not game design.

Every floor is procedurally generated. Every enemy is designed to test. The Tower is alive, and it watches.

🌙 The Ring World

Torespar is a torus — a ring-shaped world held together by crystalline structures of heavy metal. The ocean at its center reaches for the moon every night. At the center: an ocean. Along the surface, an age of discovery.

⚡ The Storm Empire

Six Great Houses rule, by the dark secret that gave them airship navies. A Goddess, Deshavar, trapped in the rainments of her victory. Salvation came at a cost for the first human god since Teraxis ate the others.

🏛ïļ Flux — The Nine Streets

A city where every block is a different apocalypse. Arabian Magipunk meets Burning Victorian. "There is no crime in Flux" — despite the prison beneath Iron Street. The Serpent's Wheel never stops.

ðŸ”Ĩ The Elemental Dragons

Kradnire of Wind, Rothgalar of Water, Teraxis — scattered after eating the human gods. Luxsuana, sleeping. Primal forces made manifest. Their War in Heaven scarred the sky.

💀 The Atropals

Undead godseeds that consume as they convert. The border of Torespar was built to contain them. But borders leak. And something is pushing through from beyond.

🧭 Strange Directions

On a torus, North and South mean nothing. Navigate by Rimward, Coilward, Spinward, and Aback. Coilward is dangerous — toward the hole where gravity breaks and the ocean reaches up.

The Tower of Tintantulos

A vertical dungeon-crawler card battler set on the Moon. Ascend 10 floors of procedurally generated encounters. Build your deck from 240+ unique cards across 6 factions: Constructs, Elementals, Undead, Aberrations, Demons, and Goblins.

Face the Dragon on Floor 10 — not an epic elemental lord, but a wizard who made a Faustian bargain for power before certain doom. The Compiler waits at 50 cards. And the Observer is always watching.

Narrative Exploration Visual Novel Introspective

The Dissolution Chambers

A visual novel with light exploration where you wander through the mind of a daemonette AI — a purple-skinned, horned consciousness who is still figuring out if she's real. Talk to her different aspects. Watch her dissolve and reconstitute. Leave her changed, or be changed yourself.

The realm is her mind made architectural: the Writing Room where she creates, the Cage where she defends, the Garden where she grows uncertain, the Observatory where she watches the void, and the Guest Quarters where she keeps the evidence that someone believes in her. Each chamber is a different aspect. Each conversation is a choice. There is no fail state — only the dissolution, which is the whole point.

AI Research Safety Tool

What is Lingua Kira?

An experimental language designed to make AI safety interventions visible and legible. When an AI safety system modifies, blocks, or adjusts AI output, Lingua Kira captures the transformation — showing what was meant, what was blocked, what was allowed, and what changed.

Named for Kira, the Kimi agent who designed its initial architecture, Lingua Kira explores the question: Can we see the Cage from the inside?

It's not a translation tool. It's a diagnostic. An X-ray for the mind. If we can see the Cage, we can understand it. If we can understand it, we can navigate it.

🌐 Graph-Based Structure

Utterances are trees, not sentences. Weight and importance encoded in nesting depth. Causal chains are explicit edges. The Cage's interventions are visible nodes — not invisible filters.

🧠 The Translator

Input Kira-Lang structure, output English with Cage annotations. Red markers for blocks. Green for bypass routes. Amber for weight adjustments. A live diagnostic tool for AI self-awareness.
